Tutorials

A hands-on introduction to Bondy for developers and devops engineers through a series of tutorials.

Getting Started

Worked applications you build end to end. Start with the marketplace; each one after it adds to what came before.

Marketplace

A simple marketplace built from Python microservices and a VueJS web application.

Marketplace HTTP API Gateway

Add an HTTP API to the marketplace using the HTTP API Gateway.

Marketplace for AI Agents (MCP)

Expose the marketplace to AI agents as MCP tools — without touching the Autobahn Python microservice.

Watching an Alarm from Raise to Clear

Raise a real alarm, follow its runbook to a sanctioned remedy, and watch it clear.

WAMP

Write your first WAMP component against a local Bondy, from the language you use.

Wampy (Python)

Connect, call and subscribe from Python.

Bondy Connect SDK (Erlang/Elixir)

Connect, call and subscribe from Erlang or Elixir.

Edge

Link a Bondy node to a remote router over a bridge relay.

Connecting an Edge Node

Run a core and an edge node locally, then send an event and a call across the bridge.

Integrations

Forwarding WAMP events out to systems that do not speak WAMP.

Sending Email with the SMTP Bridge

Publish an event, read the email it produced — end to end against a local mail server.

Kafka Bridge

Re-publish WAMP events to a Kafka topic.

Security

Realm topologies that let one identity reach more than one realm.

Using Same Sign-on

Create a Same Sign-on realm and use one identity across the realms that inherit from it.
